Here’s an offbeat way to make some extra cash. If you have or have access to some land that is otherwise unusable you can make money with your own Pet Cemetery.
Selling 2 foot by 4 foot plots at $50 each with the pet owner digging the grave themselves can make you some extra money. Depending on the amount of usable space you have available, there is some serious money to be made. An acre of land could yield 3000-4000 plots.
You’ll have to do some promotion (I’d work with small animal veterinarians), some maintenance and of course you’ll have to check with the local authorities to ensure that you aren’t violating any local laws. Got some land – make some money.
